  • Will there be a vendor check-in on the day of the event?
    Yes, when you park there will be a check in table where you will receive your booth information.
  • What time is set up?
    You can arrive as early as 7am, but we require that you are finished setting up by 12pm.
  • What time is tear down?
    We are asking all vendors to stay until 6pm. After that time, it is up to you; the event ends at 10pm.
  • Is food provided?
    No, but food will be available for purchase at the event.
  • Is electricity provided?
    Yes, electricity will be provided by the OC Fairgrounds. But all vendors must bring their own extension cords.
  • Do I need to bring my own extension cord?
    Yes. All vendors are required to bring their own extension cords as they will not be provided to you.
  • Are chairs and tables provided?
    Chairs and a table can be provided to you at an extra cost of $125.00.
  • Can I use my own canopy?
    Yes, but only if you are at an outside location. Canopies are not permitted inside the buildings.
  • Can I post this event on my social media?
    Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to share this event on all of your social media platforms and to invite friends and family to join us on March 23rd.
  • Do I need to sign a liability waiver?
    Yes! All vendors will sign a release of liability waiver. If you are selling consumable goods, you are required to have a permit with the health department.

  • Where do vendors park?
    Park at Gate 4. Gate 4 is entered from Arlington Drive. There will be a drop off zone created in the parking area near the stage where you can stop briefly and unload, but you will need to move your vehicle as soon as possible to a designated parking spot. NOTE: Cars not parked in a proper parking spot are subject to tow.
  • Is parking paid for?
    No, parking is $12.
